Joint Venture II: Hutlin CNC Tools Co., Ltd. is located in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. The company owns several HERTLING milling cutter production and processing centers in the United States, several WALTER five-axis machining centers in Germany, and domestic automatic tool production lines. It specializes in producing M2AL, M42 high-speed steel cutters, and tungsten steel cutters using rods imported from Germany.
